Help with sign-in, limits and downloads

KO-DIT · Updated October 3, 2026

Understand the two allowance schedules and distinguish login problems, queued work and expired results.

When the Google sign-in window does not open

Check the browser’s popup-blocked indicator. If you opened the site inside a messaging app, try its address in a regular browser. Extensions blocking authentication cookies or scripts can also interfere. Check the specific block instead of disabling browser security globally. If the problem continues, send the error text and time to support, never your password or verification code.

When do generations become available again?

  • doodlelist: up to 10 images per day for Google members, resetting at midnight in Asia/Seoul.
  • ropal3d: up to 10 in the last 24 hours. A slot used yesterday at 3 pm becomes available after 3 pm today.
  • Usage on another device with the same account counts toward the same allowance. Check the signed-in service for your remaining count.
  • Reaching a limit does not mean the whole service is unavailable. Consult current service information for the treatment of failed or cancelled work.

When a generation is slow or fails

Queued and processing are different states. Refresh and check existing work before sending duplicate requests. ropal3d can cancel queued work; the same action may not be available once processing starts. For failures, check input format and size and keep the displayed error. Completion time varies with workload and input.

When a downloaded model looks different

Check whether you saved the original or adjusted GLB. Editor axes, lighting and backgrounds can change its appearance. Compare the filename and preview rotation, and check the editor’s GLB material support. If a result has expired or been deleted, review the retention notice and include the job name and time when contacting support.
